Ich versuche, ein gesünderes Leben zu führen, und ein Teil davon besteht darin, mich mehr zu bewegen.
Ich habe diese Art von „intelligenten“ Reifen online gesehen, und die Wahrheit ist, dass ich sehr neugierig war, sie auszuprobieren.
Im Vergleich zu normalen Reifen hat er den Vorteil, dass er nicht herausfällt und daher einfacher ist. Darüber hinaus verfügt er über einen gewichteten Ball, sodass die Intensität für die Zeit, in der wir ihn verwenden, höher ist als bei einem normalen Reifen.
Die Größe ist verstellbar. Es besteht aus 24 Abschnitten, sodass die zusätzlichen Abschnitte entfernt werden können, um es an den Taillenumfang jeder Person anzupassen.
Im Moment benutze ich es ziemlich oft. Da die Lernkurve ziemlich schnell ist, versuche ich immer, die Anzahl der Drehungen, die ich auf einmal machen kann, zu erhöhen.
Als negativen Punkt würde ich sagen, dass es viel Lärm macht, also nicht geeignet, wenn dort jemand schläft, falls jemand schläft.
